About This Role

This role involves partnering with consultants and clients to design and optimize work and rewards programs, conducting in-depth analyses, and contributing to strategic initiatives for a global human capital and benefits firm.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with consultants and clients to design work and rewards programs to attract, reward and retain talent
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to provide clients with market pay benchmarking and strategic insights
  • Help clients ensure their rewards programs are competitive by performing analyses of program design and other rewards practices
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs
  • Develop, analyze, and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs
  • Draft reports and exhibits presenting analytical work to client audiences
  • Perform industry and financial research
  • Participate in client meetings and working sessions
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with proposals and business development
  • Broaden understanding of client solutions and digital platforms/AI applications

Requirements

  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Interest in Compensation and Careers as demonstrated through work experience, coursework, and/or research assignments
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills, including analyzing data and interpreting, summarizing and presenting findings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Familiarity with using GenAI platforms to boost productivity and quality of tasks
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
  • Ability to commute to the WTW office in Chicago, IL

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-oriented field or any other major with significant quantitative course work
  • Work experience that demonstrates strong analytical and client service skills (e.g., internships/part-time jobs involving quantitative and qualitative data analysis)
