Compensation Analyst (Work and Rewards)

About This Role

Optimize work and rewards strategies to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients across diverse industries. This role will involve working with leading consultants to develop technical knowledge, project and client management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and clients to design work and rewards programs to attract, reward and retain talent
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to provide clients with market pay benchmarking and strategic insights
• Help clients ensure that rewards programs are competitive by performing analyses of program design and other rewards practices
• Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs
• Develop, analyze, and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs
• Draft reports and exhibits presenting the team’s analytical work to client audiences
• Perform industry and financial research
• Participate in client meetings and working sessions
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with proposals and other client-specific business development efforts
• Broaden understanding of client solutions and digital platforms and AI applications reshaping the industry

Requirements

• Progress towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-oriented field or any other major with significant quantitative course work
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Work experience that demonstrates strong analytical and client service skills (e.g., internships/part-time jobs involving quantitative and qualitative data analysis)
• Interest in business (Careers and Compensation)
• Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills, including analyzing data and interpreting, summarizing and presenting findings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Familiar with using GenAI platforms to boost productivity and quality of tasks
• Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
• Currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Able to commute to the office
• Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between May 2025 through June 2026

Qualifications
