District Manager

About This Role

The District Manager will oversee management staff and develop top talent within Arby's restaurants, serving as a liaison between the team and support center. This role focuses on driving sales, optimizing restaurant operations, and ensuring high-performing restaurants and motivated team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management staff and develop top talent within restaurants
• Serve as liaison between the team and the support center to ensure strong communication
• Focus on daily sales, marketing plans, and restaurant operations including cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations
• Lay the foundation for high performing restaurants and happy, motivated team members
• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise
• Connect with restaurants as needed to discuss Daily Business Review Status
• Ensure restaurants are staffed at all levels and are scheduled effectively
• Support training and development programs including safety procedures, product quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed of service

Requirements

• 1+ years experience as District Manager
• 4+ years restaurant management experience
• Familiarity with providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to uphold Company Core Values

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a District Manager and four years of restaurant management experience. Preferably two years of experience as a District Manager within QSR and six years of restaurant management experience.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years experience as District Manager within QSR
• 6+ years restaurant management experience
