Lead and manage an Arby's restaurant, driving sales and profit goals while developing your team through training and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant's operations and Meatcraft® efforts
• Support Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
• Manage local store marketing activities
• Ensure the restaurant meets sales and profit goals
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality meats and menu items

Requirements

• At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
