Lead and manage all aspects of a Domino's store shift, including cost control, inventory, cash management, and customer relations, while fostering a positive team environment and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations
• Lead by example and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Lead a team to achieve common goals, focusing on increasing pizza sales and team engagement
• Oversee staffing, paperwork submission, food management, and scheduling
• Maintain image standards and ensure store cleanliness
• Manage marketing efforts and focus on store profitability
• Perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and manage stress effectively
• Coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze data, and make sound judgments
• Enthusiastically greet customers, take orders, and address customer concerns
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment
• Prepare products according to Domino's specifications and guidelines
• Conduct inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork
• Process telephone orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
