Assistant Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations, while setting an example for the team through adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations during your shift
• Set an example and follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to standards
• Ensure great customer service and store cleanliness
• Manage marketing efforts and profitability
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
• Safe driving record meeting company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
