About This Role

Lead and manage the daily operations of a Domino's store, ensuring high standards of customer service, product quality, and profitability. This role involves overseeing cost controls, inventory, cash management, and team leadership to drive an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift
• Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Lead a team towards the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun
• Handle staffing, paperwork submission, food management, and scheduling
• Maintain image standards and store cleanliness
• Perform marketing and manage store profitability
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, and work under stress
• Coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze data, and make sound judgments
• Greet customers enthusiastically and handle concerns with a positive attitude
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment
• Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines
• Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously for timely pizza delivery
• Possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses for delivery
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change
• Comfortably utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
