District Manager

About This Role

The District Manager oversees the performance of restaurant management teams within their assigned district. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with operational standards, fostering team development, and meeting financial expectations across multiple Hardee's locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate each restaurant's QSC standards, provide feedback, and conduct periodic inspections.
• Communicate customer comments and concerns to Restaurant Managers and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all General Managers and GMITs receive appropriate orientation, training, and development.
• Train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback to motivate and improve Team Member performance.
• Evaluate overall performance of General Managers and GMITs based on clearly communicated standards.
• Actively recruit new General Managers and GMITs, and prepare Team Members for promotion.
• Analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations.
• Support company-wide marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
• Ensure business and personnel practices comply with law, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience
• 3-5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience)
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P & L management
• Possess a valid Driver's License and able to travel to assigned store locations 4-5 days per week
• Minimum of 18 years old

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience, with 3-5 years in multi-unit management positions.
