About This Role

Drive revenue performance and market share for Tru by Hilton Franklin Cool Springs Nashville by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that partners with Commercial Strategy, Revenue Management, and hotel leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Parks Hospitality Group’s Sales Culture and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Achieve budgeted revenue, GOP, and market share goals through proactive selling and effective sales strategies
  • Analyze business intelligence and STR reports to identify opportunities and drive performance
  • Develop and execute sales action plans and marketing strategies by segment and channel
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on accurate revenue forecasting and pricing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, required training, and brand programs
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales activities and records within the hotel’s CRM system
  • Build and maintain community visibility to promote the hotel and generate new business
  • Champion the “Everyone Sells” program across departments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive hotel sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and executing effective sales strategies
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Sound sales acumen with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and prospect for new business
  • Working knowledge of hotel operations, sales systems, and the local market

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive hotel sales experience

Nice to Have

  • Focused-service hotel experience
