About This Role

As Director of Sales, you will lead key customer-facing functions, including Sales, Applications Engineering, and Customer Service teams, to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability goals. You will work closely with the President and Marketing to drive growth and shape go-to-market strategies for an established lighting manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales, Applications Engineering, and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop strategies that maximize profitability and support long-term growth plans
  • Work with Marketing to execute powerful campaigns and product launches
  • Shape go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities
  • Build strong teams through training, coaching, and performance management
  • Use market insights and sales data to guide decisions and achieve targets

  • Proven leadership experience in Sales or related functions
