Digital Analyst

About This Role

The Digital Data Analyst manages and maintains the integrity of the Aramark Refreshments eCommerce product master database. This role supports site performance analytics by ensuring accurate product information, tracking key metrics, and collaborating with the Ecommerce Team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the eCommerce product master database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product attributes, descriptions, pricing, and images
• Input product information for new products coming into the Product Master
• Implement data governance standards to ensure consistency across platforms
• Provide monthly reporting on PIM performance and associated key metrics
• Support the Digital Marketing Team overall

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Management, Information Systems or related field
• 2+ years experience in data analytics, marketing or related field
• Database Management and/or Product Master Database experience
• Excel and data analytics skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage large datasets efficiently
• Collaborative mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Management, Information Systems or related field
• 2+ years experience in data analytics, marketing or related field

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in PIM systems and/or eCommerce platforms (i.e. Akeneo, Adobe eCommerce)
