About This Role

Deliver a distinctive customer experience by greeting customers, processing sales, and assisting with various store operations at a retail pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide efficient checkout service
• Engage customers and patients, offering assistance and resolving issues
• Recommend items for sale and suggest trade-up or companion items
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well-merchandised, and assist with inventory
• Implement Company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement as per policies
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling
• Assume web pick-up responsibilities by monitoring, filling, and delivering orders
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring clean and orderly store conditions

Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Nice to Have

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior work experience with Walgreens
