Customer Service Associate

About This Role

Deliver a distinctive customer experience by processing sales, resolving issues, and assisting with products and services in a retail pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide efficient checkout service
• Engage customers, offer assistance, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members
• Recommend items for sale and suggest trade-up or companion items
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
• Maintain clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves, take inventory, and maintain records
• Implement Company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
• Assist with stock rotation using the first-in, first-out method
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photos and suggestive selling of photo products
• Assume web pick-up responsibilities, fill orders, and deliver to customers
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure clean store conditions
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned
• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate

Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Qualifications

• Preferred six months of experience in a retail environment
