About This Role

Deliver a distinctive customer experience by engaging with customers, handling sales transactions, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner within a retail pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide efficient checkout service
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
• Recommend items for sale and suggest trade-up or companion products
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and maintain inventory records
• Implement Company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean store condition

Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Nice to Have

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior work experience with Walgreens
