Customer Service Associate

About This Role

Deliver excellent customer service in a retail pharmacy setting by greeting customers, processing sales, and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience
• Register sales accurately on assigned cash register, process transactions, and handle voids, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves, assist with inventory, and restock products
• Implement Company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
• Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and promotional photo products
• Assist with web pick-up responsibilities, filling orders and delivering to customers
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance

Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Nice to Have

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior work experience with Walgreens
