Customer Service Associate

About This Role

Deliver an excellent customer experience, register sales, and assist with store operations and merchandising at a retail pharmacy. Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure efficient service while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
• Register sales on assigned cash register and process transactions
• Engage customers, greet them, and offer assistance with products and services
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience
• Recommend items for sale and suggest trade-up or companion products
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well-merchandised, and participate in inventory procedures
• Comply with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional and seasonal setups
• Assist with photo area services, including digital passport photos and suggestive selling of products
• Assumes web pick-up responsibilities by monitoring, filling, and delivering orders
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean and orderly store

Requirements

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Nice to Have

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior work experience with Walgreens
