Customer Service Associate

About This Role

Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by processing sales, assisting with product inquiries, and maintaining store operations, ensuring efficient service and a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide efficient checkout service
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and maintain records
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
• Implement Company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Assist with interior and exterior maintenance to ensure clean store conditions
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned
• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate

Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Nice to Have

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior work experience with Walgreens
