About This Role

This role primarily focuses on providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience at Walgreens, including registering sales, resolving customer issues, and assisting with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
• Register sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous and efficient checkout service
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
• Recommends items for sale to customer and recommends trade-up and/or companion items
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Qualifications

• Entry level with a preference for six months in retail

Nice to Have

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior work experience with Walgreens
