About This Role

This role delivers a distinctive customer experience, processing sales and managing merchandise, while ensuring efficient operations in a retail pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
• Register sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous and efficient checkout service
• Engage customers and patients, offering assistance with products and services
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service
• Recommend items for sale, including trade-up and companion items
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well-merchandised, and take inventory
• Comply with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean and orderly store

Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
