Customer Experience Lead

About This Role

The Customer Experience Lead drives top-line sales by directing and coaching associates on the sales floor, while ensuring operational excellence and maintaining visual standards. This role acts as a front-line supervisor, assigning tasks and providing direction to non-supervisory staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales through selling and leading associates on the sales floor
• Coach associates in the moment to enhance performance
• Support operational excellence by maintaining visual standards
• Manage payroll and ensure merchandise availability
• Assign work and provide direction to non-supervisory associates
• Lead and demonstrate company values within the store
• Display an understanding of all associate roles and foster teamwork
• Monitor and manage labor hours to maximize sales and profit
• Oversee the overall appearance and presentation of the brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred. Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
