Supervise and lead a team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and work environments within the Coors Field suites, ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the dishwasher roles
- Schedule and assign daily work activities to staff and supervise the completion of tasks
- Maintain relevant logs consistently and accurately, including sanitizer concentration and machine sanitizing temperature logs
- Maintain accurate chemical inventory on a weekly basis
- Assist with End-of-Month department inventory
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas
- Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to leadership
- Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Ensure that chemicals and janitorial items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment
- Supervise Stewards & Lead Stewards; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift
- Ensure security of company assets
- Accept constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership
- Maintain communication with direct supervisor and Culinary Leadership
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Previous dishwasher experience
- Previous experience as a shift lead or related role
- TEAM/TiPS Certification (will be trained and certified upon hire)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (will be trained and certified upon hire)
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work holidays, overtime, late nights and/or weekends as needed
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs occasionally
- Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
- Ability to maintain emotional control under stress
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
- Ability to work independently and lead a team with limited to no direct supervision
