Community Management Intern

About This Role

This internship offers an opportunity to learn about providing excellent customer experience and operational tasks within a retail pharmacy setting. The role involves engaging with customers, managing inventory, assisting with displays, and understanding store financial data.

Responsibilities

• Provide an extraordinary customer experience in a retail store setting by engaging customers and resolving issues.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and manage cash drops.
• Register all related sales on assigned cash register, including scanning error records and price verifications.
• Analyze inventory trends, supervise inventory management, and assist with ordering and liquidating stock.
• Evaluate and develop retail displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
• Ensure proper signage is displayed for accurate pricing and complete daily price changes.
• Maintain clean and orderly store conditions, assisting with exterior and interior maintenance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Attend training, complete e-learnings, and special assignments.
• Assist store manager in planning and attending community events.

Requirements

• Student beginning or completing Senior year towards a Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
