About This Role

As a Community Concierge, you will be the face of AvalonBay, providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, and playing a key role in ensuring a luxurious living experience. You will manage front desk operations, implement resident satisfaction programs, and collaborate with other teams to create a welcoming home environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor foot traffic and provide top-notch customer service
  • Implement programs to address resident satisfaction
  • Maintain company customer service standards
  • Serve as a point of contact, offering assistance, information, and personalized recommendations
  • Partner with the leasing office and maintenance team to create a great experience for prospects
  • Assist with the move-in/move-out process
  • Ensure current residents feel at home

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • Ability to tackle new problems and see them through until the end
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Patience
  • Organization skills

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant
  • Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
