As a Community Associate, you will manage day-to-day operations and customer support within a workspace center, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. You will build and maintain a welcoming community, addressing administrative and support needs so customers can focus on their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the center for daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- Assist customers with various requests, such as WiFi access, package inquiries, and meeting room setup
- Properly charge for services to ensure accurate invoicing
- Sort and distribute mail, notifying customers of package arrivals
- Help customers with printing and invoice processing
- Open tickets in the service portal for facility issues, such as temperature control
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events
- Create and distribute e-invites and promotional materials for events
- Share information about the center with prospects and encourage network participation
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Empathy with people's needs
- Ownership of problems and problem-solving skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Adaptability to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country of application
- At least 18 years old

- 1+ years of customer service experience
