About This Role

As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a vibrant community within your center by assisting new and existing customers with administrative and support needs. This role ensures customers can focus on running their businesses while providing an excellent workspace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the center is ready for customers before opening, checking for cleanliness and order
  • Assist customers with Wi-Fi passwords, package deliveries, and meeting room setup
  • Provide directions to meeting rooms and assist with technical equipment like projectors
  • Ensure all services are properly charged to guarantee accurate invoices
  • Sort incoming mail and handle various customer requests throughout the day
  • Assist customers with printing needs and invoice inquiries
  • Address facility-related issues, such as opening service tickets for temperature control
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, including creating e-invites and putting up posters
  • Engage with prospective customers, sharing benefits of the workspace and encouraging membership
  • Gently remind groups in meeting rooms to conclude and direct them to local amenities
  • Ensure the center is tidy and organized at the end of the day

Qualifications

  • Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience
