As a Community Associate, you will cultivate a vibrant community within your center by providing administrative and support services, enabling customers to focus on their core business. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from managing facility needs to organizing networking events and assisting with customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Ensure center readiness and cleanliness before opening
- Assist customers with Wi-Fi, package delivery, and directions
- Set up projectors and assist with meeting room needs
- Properly charge services to ensure accurate invoicing
- Sort and distribute mail for customers
- Respond to diverse customer requests throughout the day
- Open service tickets for facility issues (e.g., room temperature)
- Collaborate with Community Manager to organize networking events
- Plan, write, print, and display e-invites and posters for events
- Provide information to prospective customers about the workspace benefits
- Ensure meeting rooms are tidied at the close of the day
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Empathy with people’s needs
- Ability to take ownership of problems and solve them
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Adaptability to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country
- At least 18 years old
Qualifications
- Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience
