As a Community Associate, you will work with customers from various industries to establish and maintain a community within your center. You will oversee all administrative and support services, enabling customers to concentrate on their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening checks to ensure readiness for the day
- Assist customers with IT-related queries such as WiFi codes and projector setup
- Manage incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate customers
- Sort and distribute mail, notifying customers of package arrivals
- Address customer needs including printing assistance and invoice queries
- Open service tickets for facility-related issues like room temperature control
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and organize networking events
- Create and distribute e-invites and posters for center events
- Greet prospects and promote the benefits of joining the IWG network
- Gently remind groups to wrap up meetings and suggest nearby dining options
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Adaptability to fast-changing situations
- Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country of application
- At least 18 years old
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
