As a Community Associate, you will engage with new and existing customers to foster a strong community within the workspace center, managing administrative and support needs so customers can focus on their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the center for daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- Assist customers with WiFi codes, package inquiries, and meeting room setup
- Process and accurately charge for services to ensure correct invoicing
- Sort incoming mail and distribute it to customers
- Address customer needs ranging from printing services to invoice inquiries
- Manage and resolve facility-related issues by opening service tickets
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events
- Create and distribute e-invites and posters for center events
- Engage with prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of the workspace community
- Ensure the center is tidy at the close of the day
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people's needs
- Willingness to take ownership of problems and find solutions
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, adaptable to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the Country of application
- At least 18 years old
Qualifications
- Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience
