The Community Associate will create and maintain a strong community within their center, providing administrative and support services for customers across various industries, enabling them to focus on their core business operations while enjoying flexibility and convenience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the center is ready and tidy before opening, checking for anything missed during cleaning
- Assist customers with WiFi codes, package inquiries, directions, meeting room setups, and projector assistance
- Connect incoming calls to customers and ensure proper charging of services for accurate invoices
- Sort incoming mail and distribute to customers, following up on package deliveries
- Help customers with printing and invoice-related queries
- Address office temperature issues by opening service tickets in the portal
- Collaborate with the Community Manager for networking events, including planning, creating e-invites, and putting up posters
- Engage with prospects, sharing details about the workspace and encouraging membership
- Gently remind large groups to wrap up meetings and direct them to nearby establishments after closing
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the Country
- At least 18 years old
Qualifications
- Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience
