As a Community Associate, you will cultivate and maintain a vibrant community within a workspace center by providing comprehensive administrative and support services to customers, allowing them to focus on their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the center is ready for customers before opening
- Assist customers with WiFi codes, packagequiries, and directions
- Help set up projectors and provide information on amenities
- Accurately charge for services to ensure correct invoicing
- Sort and distribute incoming mail for customers
- Log service requests for maintenance issues in the service portal
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events
- Create and distribute e-invitations and posters for events
- Engage with prospective customers and highlight the benefits of the workspace
- Gently encourage customers to wrap up meetings at closing and direct them to local establishments
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with needs
- Problem-solving skills with ownership over issues
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the Country
- At least 18 years old
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
