About This Role

Oversee daily clinical support operations and lead a team of clinical staff at Evara Health, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance within a community healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical support operations, including staffing, clinic readiness, patient flow, and workflow adherence
  • Ensure exam rooms and shared clinical areas meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and readiness
  • Coordinate EHR messaging, provider support, and patient follow-up, including no-show rescheduling
  • Provide operational coverage during assigned on-call weekends
  • Lead, coach, and supervise clinical support staff through daily guidance, 1:1s, quality observations, and performance feedback
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical support team members
  • Conduct quality huddles and partner on performance management and corrective actions
  • Oversee clinical and medication inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, reconciliation, and timely reordering
  • Promote quality, safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance across assigned sites
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, clinical protocols, and all HIPAA, HRSA, state, federal, and accreditation standards

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Medical Assistant Program, Paramedic Program, or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program
  • Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred. Completion of clinical education or training program (RN, LPN/LVN, Medical Assistant, Paramedic, EMT) required.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting. Prior experience in a team lead, preceptor, CHW or supervisory role preferred.
