About This Role

Supervise and lead clinical operations for a behavioral health program, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing direct patient care, training, and program development support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Director in developing and implementing program goals and objectives to meet performance specifications and quality care standards.
  • Collaborate with the Site Director to ensure compliance with all leadership functions, including clinical and administrative oversight, data monitoring, and reporting.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and regular review of policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the adequacy and appropriateness of patient care.
  • Develop in-service training for staff in collaboration with training coordinators.
  • Establish and manage quality management programs.
  • Provide supervision to clinical supervisors and maintain supervisory notes.
  • Provide direct services to patients, including evaluations, individual, group, and family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning.
  • Participate in budget development and monthly review processes.
  • Review patient charts to ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of new clinical and support staff.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)
  • Master/Doctoral degree in Psychology / Social Work or a related field
  • Minimum three (3) years experience post licensure working in a behavioral health setting
  • Minimum five (5) years of behavioral health counseling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with others in a cooperative and collaborative manner
  • TB screening clearance
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs including HPTC`s electronic medical records
  • Ability to provide leadership and program development within an outpatient site
  • Knowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practice

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work or related field
  • 5 years of behavioral health counseling experience and 3 years experience post licensure working within the behavioral health field.
