About This Role

Join Evara Health as a Chiropractor to assess, diagnose, and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions in patients, providing life-changing care to communities most in need.

Responsibilities

• Assess a patient's medical condition by reviewing their medical history, listening to concerns, and performing a physical examination
• Analyze the patient's posture, spine, and reflexes
• Conduct tests, including evaluating a patient's posture
• Identify health problems
• Provide neuromusculoskeletal therapy, involving adjusting a patient's spinal column and other joints by hand
• Give additional treatments, such as applying heat or cold to injured areas
• Advise patients on health and lifestyle issues, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals, if needed

Requirements

• Valid Florida Chiropractic License
• Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
• Current BLS Certification
• Ability to navigate and enter data into an electronic medical records
• Culturally sensitive to medical problems and social needs of underserved populations
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in writing and interpersonally
• Knowledge of medical practice and medical terminology
• Knowledge of continuous quality improvement and its mechanisms
• Superior knowledge and skill in offering direct treatment to patients in chiropractic related treatment
