Join Evara Health as a Chiropractor to assess, diagnose, and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions in patients, providing life-changing care to communities most in need.
Responsibilities
- Assess a patient's medical condition by reviewing their medical history, listening to concerns, and performing a physical examination
- Analyze the patient's posture, spine, and reflexes
- Conduct tests, including evaluating a patient's posture
- Identify health problems
- Provide neuromusculoskeletal therapy, involving adjusting a patient's spinal column and other joints by hand
- Give additional treatments, such as applying heat or cold to injured areas
- Advise patients on health and lifestyle issues, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits
- Refer patients to other healthcare professionals, if needed
Requirements
- Valid Florida Chiropractic License
- Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
- Current BLS Certification
- Ability to navigate and enter data into an electronic medical records
- Culturally sensitive to medical problems and social needs of underserved populations
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in writing and interpersonally
- Knowledge of medical practice and medical terminology
- Knowledge of continuous quality improvement and its mechanisms
- Superior knowledge and skill in offering direct treatment to patients in chiropractic related treatment
