Manage significant client relationships for Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities, ensuring excellent client service and delivery. Drive product efficiency projects, support new business development, and potentially lead a team of client service associates, focusing on maintaining strong client ties and meeting financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage significant client relationships and ensure excellent client service and delivery to the client base
- Drive product efficiency projects and lead other business-related projects
- Work closely with new business development staff, serving as a collaborative business partner for new business conversations
- Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting delivery for clients managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients, focusing on managing the value of these relationships
- Provide quality service based on client needs, wants, and expectations, resolving problems quickly and effectively
- Identify business risks and operational challenges, taking steps to mitigate risk and enhance operating systems and processes
- Coordinate the development and implementation of operational changes within the unit
- Review client reporting and work with clients and other interested parties on any issues or changes
- Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or similar field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or similar field
