Cashier, Restaurant Crew

About This Role

As a Cashier, you will be the initial point of contact for guests, responsible for providing excellent service by taking and entering orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
• Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions, including entering orders into the POS system and handling payments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including dining room, counters, and bathrooms
• Prepare beverages, sauces, produce, and other items according to company standards and safety guidelines
• Assist with kitchen and back of house tasks as assigned
• Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
