About This Role

Provide direct care to elderly residents, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This role is crucial for maintaining a high quality of life for residents in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, assisting residents in their daily activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care
• Keep proper care records
• Report any changes in resident conditions
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successfully complete training as required by State regulations
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
• Ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
• Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background check

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete training as required by State regulations
