Housekeeper

About This Role

As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility is to maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive manner following established procedures. You will also interact courteously and professionally with residents and team members, prioritizing resident safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive manner
• Adhere to established procedures and supervisor directives for cleanliness and sanitation
• Interact with residents and team members in a courteous and professional manner
• Ensure the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
• Prioritize resident safety and satisfaction

Requirements

• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
• Meet all health requirements
• Pass background check

Qualifications

• One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred
