Housekeeper

About This Role

Provide housekeeping services to maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment for patients, visitors, and associates within Columbia Memorial Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and clinic areas
• Adhere to standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department
• Comprehend and follow isolation policies and signage regarding infection types
• Identify and follow verbal and/or written instructions

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to read and comprehend various cleaning products
• Ability to identify and follow verbal and/or written instructions
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous related experience and familiarity with environmental services equipment and cleaning techniques is preferred.

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
