About This Role

The Concierge/Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering the community, greeting all visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner both in-person and over the phone. This role creates a positive initial impression by providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner
  • Answer telephones
  • Create a welcoming environment for visitors

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family members, and visitors
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
  • Honesty, fairness, dependability, respect for confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others
  • Meet all health requirements and pass background checks

Qualifications
