This role involves assisting elders holistically in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects, as guided by their growth and wellness plan. Care Partners provide hands-on assistance for all daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist elders holistically to support their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Adhere to the growth and wellness plan created by the elder, family, and care team
- Provide hands-on assistance for all activities of daily living
Requirements
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to communicate effectively with elders, families, team members, vendors and the general public
- Meet all health requirements, including physical exam and TB
- Ability to perform duties and responsibilities including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting and transfers
- Pass criminal background check
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
