About This Role

As a Business Development Representative at TPM, you will be pivotal in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, acting as the initial point of contact for potential customers. Your role involves guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales process to foster new relationships and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across all TPM business groups
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to connect with potential customers
• Guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process (initial contact, needs discovery, nurturing)
• Build rapport with prospects and customers, delivering a friendly, consultative experience
• Leverage social media platforms for prospecting
• Document and manage all prospect activity in Salesforce CRM in Outreach.io
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share insights, feedback, and creative ideas for growth
• Embrace opportunities for professional development and cross-training within TPM
• Bring a growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and contribute to our team’s success

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo and business development platforms
