This role is for a high-performing Business Development Executive responsible for building relationships, generating new business, and accelerating revenue growth within the commercial janitorial and facility services market in Phoenix, AZ. It focuses on new B2B business development, networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and conduct prospect meetings to understand client needs
- Present customized service programs and solutions
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the local market
- Participate in trade groups, associations, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Requirements
- A competitive, entrepreneurial sales professional with a passion for relationship development
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, prospect-heavy sales environment
