The Business Development Representative for Genoa Healthcare promotes strategic growth by identifying leads, closing sales transactions, implementing new accounts, and managing long-term partnerships within the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain successful relations with existing and potential customers by interacting professionally and proactively
- Promote strategic growth by identifying leads and closing transactions, concentrating on mental health facilities, recovery centers, hospitals, psychiatry practices, and behavioral health clinics
- Attend state and national conferences to maintain relationships, identify leads, and interact with potential customers
- Act as a liaison between the company and customer base through contracting and implementation processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales and/or behavioral health/long-term care experience
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales and/or behavioral health/long-term care experience
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of pharmacy experience
- Proven solid customer service skills
- Demonstrated understanding of computer and related products; knowledge of PC skills including use of standard MS Office applications
- Ability to establish and maintain longitudinal relationships
- Proven solid organizational skills
- Proven solid presentation skills
