Business Development Representative

About This Role

The Business Development Representative for Genoa Healthcare promotes strategic growth by identifying leads, closing sales transactions, implementing new accounts, and managing long-term partnerships within the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain successful relations with existing and potential customers by interacting professionally and proactively
• Promote strategic growth by identifying leads and closing transactions, concentrating on mental health facilities, recovery centers, hospitals, psychiatry practices, and behavioral health clinics
• Attend state and national conferences to maintain relationships, identify leads, and interact with potential customers
• Act as a liaison between the company and customer base through contracting and implementation processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales and/or behavioral health/long-term care experience
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or behavioral health/long-term care experience

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of pharmacy experience
• Proven solid customer service skills
• Demonstrated understanding of computer and related products; knowledge of PC skills including use of standard MS Office applications
• Ability to establish and maintain longitudinal relationships
• Proven solid organizational skills
• Proven solid presentation skills
