About This Role

This role is for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to identify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and drive pipeline growth in the US market, playing a key part in the company's expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Secure high-quality discovery calls for the senior sales team
  • Generate and nurture a consistent flow of sales opportunities across targeted US verticals
  • Track outreach and insights using CRM tools and share market feedback
  • Collaborate with the Sales Account Management Team for seamless communication and deal closing

Requirements

  • Sales hustle and persistence
  • Strong communication skills (video, phone, written)
  • Track record of hitting KPIs or quotas in sales or target-driven environment
  • Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn for outreach, email, and CRM software
  • Ability to excel under pressure and quickly recover from setbacks
