This role is for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to identify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and drive pipeline growth in the US market, playing a key part in the company's expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Secure high-quality discovery calls for the senior sales team
- Generate and nurture a consistent flow of sales opportunities across targeted US verticals
- Track outreach and insights using CRM tools and share market feedback
- Collaborate with the Sales Account Management Team for seamless communication and deal closing
Requirements
- Sales hustle and persistence
- Strong communication skills (video, phone, written)
- Track record of hitting KPIs or quotas in sales or target-driven environment
- Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn for outreach, email, and CRM software
- Ability to excel under pressure and quickly recover from setbacks
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or customer acquisition industries
- Worked in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Creative ideas for outreach and prospect engagement
