About This Role

Drive new business acquisition and client outcomes for a fast-growing technology solutions team, focusing on outbound development and identifying technology challenges for decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound business development through phone, email, and social channels
  • Identify and engage decision-makers to uncover technology challenges
  • Present managed service and IT solutions that drive client outcomes
  • Manage a detailed, high-volume pipeline with accuracy and organization
  • Collaborate with internal resources to move deals from discovery through close
  • Confidently handle objections and keep conversations progressing forward

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (inside sales, SDR, or AE roles)
  • Proven success in new business generation
  • Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of sales experience (inside sales, SDR, or AE roles)

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or managed solutions
  • Business to Business sales experience
  • Background in a smaller, agile MSP or tech sales team
