About This Role

This Business Development Representative role for Intero Digital is a foundational outbound sales position focused on generating new leads and pipeline. The successful candidate will excel in a competitive, remote-first environment, consistently exceeding activity and performance metrics through multi-channel prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a multi-layered outbound prospecting strategy across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain a daily outbound activity expectation of 120+ dials, with supporting email and social touchpoints
  • Utilize a multi-threaded approach to engage multiple stakeholders within target accounts
  • Leverage tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Aircall to drive outbound efficiency and scale
  • Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution metrics
  • Work inbound leads promptly and professionally, prioritizing responses while maintaining strong outbound momentum
  • Qualify inbound prospects and convert them into booked meetings aligned with ICP criteria
  • Demonstrate day-to-day consistency, discipline, and urgency in execution
  • Embrace feedback and continuously improve outbound messaging, objection handling, and talk tracks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding metrics in a high-activity sales environment
  • Strong cold-calling experience and comfort with rejection
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistency in a remote setting
  • Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Competitive, recognition-driven, and motivated by results

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role

  • Experience selling B2B services to SMB or mid-market companies
  • Background or familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or marketing services
  • Experience running outbound campaigns using data enrichment and prospecting tools
