Business Development Director

About This Role

This role involves coordinating projects, assessing opportunities for new developments, and presenting results to senior executives within the Business Development team. The Director will also be responsible for writing proposals and other technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects in a team setting, including working closely with sponsors
• Work closely with the R&D team on assessing opportunities and developing new projects
• Present to Senior Executives regularly with results of the development process
• Write proposals and other technical documents
• Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or above
• 5+ years BD or Marketing experience in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, or related fields
• Solid communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Negotiation skills
• Focus on delivering business results
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or above
• 5+ years BD or Marketing experience in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, or related fields
