About This Role

Lead the overall operations of a Burger King restaurant, ensuring it meets GPS Hospitality's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsible for hitting sales and profit budgets, executing accurate projections and schedules, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and developing the restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and hit sales and profit budgets every period
• Execute accurate projections and schedules while working all shifts
• Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment
• Hire and train service-obsessed crew and shift leaders
• Implement tight restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
• Ensure team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management regarding plans, progress, and problems
• Implement all marketing promotions successfully
• Participate in the implementation of company policies, standards, training, and management development
• Train and develop the capabilities of Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees

Requirements

• 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Reliable vehicle
• At least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the US

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail setting
