About This Role

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective team management, and compliance with company standards in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team provides outstanding service and satisfies guests
  • Train and coach the team
  • Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to operate the restaurant effectively every shift
  • Set an example by maintaining excellent working knowledge and high proficiency in restaurant operations
  • Provide coaching and feedback to the team
  • Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Follow and enforce all cash policies; address and document any policy violations

Requirements

  • 0-2 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
  • Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
