Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective team management, and compliance with company standards in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team provides outstanding service and satisfies guests
- Train and coach the team
- Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to operate the restaurant effectively every shift
- Set an example by maintaining excellent working knowledge and high proficiency in restaurant operations
- Provide coaching and feedback to the team
- Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Follow and enforce all cash policies; address and document any policy violations
Requirements
- 0-2 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
