About This Role

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be the face of the company, providing quality service and hospitality to guests. You will connect with customers, prepare their meals, and help maintain the restaurant's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite meals
• Prepare customers meals
• Partner with other Team Members and Managers to meet daily goals
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• Serve and Help others

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Authorized to work in the US
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching motions
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
